Lumor supports email and password sign-in, email verification, password recovery, Google sign-in, and workspace invitations.

Account entry flow
Use sign-up to create a new account or log in to return to an existing one.

Enter your name, email, password, and workspace name to create a new account.
Quick start
Fastest path to access
Use the path that matches your situation.
New workspace
Sign up with your name, work email, password, and workspace name. Verify email if prompted.
Existing account
Log in with email and password, or use Google sign-in when your account is connected to Google.
Invited teammate
Open the invite link, sign in or sign up, accept the invitation, then switch to the invited workspace.
- Register a new Lumor account from the sign-up page.
- Verify your email when prompted so you can be added to workspaces and accept invitations.
- Sign in with email and password, or use Google sign-in if your account is connected to Google.
- Use forgot password and reset password to recover access.
- Log out from the app when switching devices or accounts.
Invitations
Workspace invitations are accepted from an invite link. If you are already signed in, Lumor connects the invite to your current account. If not, sign in or sign up first and then continue with the invite.
Workspace context matters
After accepting an invite, switch to the invited workspace to find projects and folders shared by that team.
Protected media access
Some files in Lumor require sign-in to view or download. If a media preview is unavailable, make sure you are signed in and have access to the workspace and resource that owns the file.
Troubleshooting access
- If you cannot see a project or folder, confirm you are in the correct workspace first.
- If an invite appears missing, open the original invite link again after signing in.
- If protected media does not load, ask the resource owner to confirm your workspace and resource permissions.
